Overview
Our bar is where the evening begins. As Bartender you craft drinks with care and keep the energy warm, quick, and friendly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, mix drinks, and pour wine and beer to recipe and standard
- Welcome guests at the bar and offer recommendations and pairings
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and well-organized throughout service
- Open and manage tabs and process payments accurately
- Monitor stock levels and flag reorders for spirits, wine, and mixers
- Follow responsible-service and licensing rules at all times
- Support the assistant bartender and coordinate with floor staff on orders
